Execution of construction works as part of the investment project entitled Modernisation of the Nursery No 19 at 22 Rabsztyńska Street

… result of the modernization, modernized crèche rooms will be created, which will contribute to improving the safety and hygiene and sanitary standard of the crèche and increase the functionality and aesthetics of the rooms. The works will allow to improve the technical condition of the premises, reduce future operating costs and adapt the facility to current requirements and utility standards. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform all works, activities, which are specified in detail in these Terms and Conditions of the Contract together with attachments, in particular: – Description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ) – constituting Annex 13 to the tender specifications – draft contractual provisions (hereinafter referred to as the PPU) – constituting Annex 12 to the tender specifications. 3. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to provide a guarantee of quality and warranty for the construction works carried out for a period of at least: 36 months from the date of receipt of the item. The quality and warranty guarantee period is a criterion for evaluating tenders. 4. Include accessibility for persons with disabilities and design for all users in the description of the subject-matter of the contract. The description of the subject-matter of the contract takes into account the above-mentioned requirements and complies with the Accessibility Standards for the Capital City of Warsaw introduced into application by Order No 1682/2017 of the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw of 23 October 2017, as amended. The rebuilt part of the ground floor of the Nursery No. 19 will be adapted to the needs of disabled people by: – elimination of floor thresholds and faults; – arrangement of a toilet for disabled people with the main communication of the crèche; – construction of a slipway for people with disabilities at the entrance to the building. As a result of supplementing furniture equipment (built-in), the facility will meet the basic principles of universal design, which will contribute to the modernization of the building infrastructure: The contracting authority requires the supply of furniture equipment taking into account the following characteristics: 1) rounding or chamfering the edges of countertops and corners in the case of equipment intended for children (in order to minimize the risk of injury or breakage of users), 2) the use of matt surfaces that do not cause glare phenomena (both equipment intended for children and staff).
