(3) Additional requirements: - the guarantee for the offered backhoe loader must be at least 24 months / 2000 motohours, - instruction manual in Polish, - declaration of conformity, - the offered equipment has a stationary and mobile service authorized in Poland, - the guaranteed and post-warranty service of the backhoe loader - in the price of delivery during the warranty period, free warranty service (containing inspections, parts, oils and commuting to the stationing place), - the delivery of the backhoe loader along with all equipment, including its unloading to the Ordering Party's headquarters in the price of delivery - the Contractor will train the operator in the price of the delivery in the field of backhoe loader service. 4) Formal conditions: The vehicle must meet the technical conditions set out in the legal regulations in force in Poland for vehicles circulating on public roads and the conditions set out in the legal regulations for the European Union. The delivered vehicle must have an approval certificate and the required documents (vehicle card, instruction manual in Polish, warranty book, certificate of technical inspection) enabling the vehicle to be registered. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall be obliged to document that the offered vehicle meets the technical requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Description of the Subject of the Order. The requirements of the Ordering Party in terms of the subject of the contract should be treated as minimum requirements, unless the Ordering Party has indicated the upper and lower limit (range) of a given parameter. The price must take into account all the requirements of this procedure and include all costs incurred by the Contractor for the performance of the subject of the contract in a proper manner and in accordance with applicable law, including in particular: cost of delivery to the Ordering Party, VAT. 5) If the Contractor finds that the national or European standards or international standards used in the Terms of Reference and in the annexes to the Terms of Reference may indicate the producers of the products or the sources of their origin, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions in this respect. This means that the technical parameters of the products thus indicated determine the minimum expectations required by the Ordering Party as to the quality of the products to be used to perform the subject of the contract.
