… construction works consisting in the preparation of land, demolition of existing facilities, adaptation of a commercial and service facility with associated infrastructure and with installations, technological equipment and connections, 9) commissioning of all equipment, 10) agreeing details of color and materials with the Ordering Party, 11) execution of as-built documentation, 12) execution of the necessary accompanying works and formal and legal activities enabling the commissioning of the performed works - including technical acceptances together with obtaining a decision on the permission to use, as well as preparation of complete as-built documentation indicating the changes made, 13) execution of all other works, including those not included in the draft contract and accompanying and necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract, including securing the area during the works and ordering the area in the area of the works performed after their completion. 3.5 The subject of the contract will be performed in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and construction art, in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and under the conditions agreed with the Contractor on the basis of the contract. 3.6 During the preparation of the tender, the Contractor must carry out an on-site inspection at the site of future works, any incompatibility of the project with the existing state is the Contractor's risk and does not give rise to claims for additional costs.
