… infrastructure and execution of all necessary connections, installations and equipment of technical infrastructure – covered by a separate building permit decision, intended for implementation in Stage B, after the construction of an administrative and commercial building. 2) Documentation concerning the intention referred to in paragraph 1.3/ point. Point 1(b) is to take into account the implementation of the underground garage and its material scope in three stages (Phase BI-BIII), this stage must be clearly reflected in the design solutions, technical description, bills of quantities, investor's estimates, summary cost statements, BIOZ plan and other studies constituting the subject of the contract, enabling the independent functioning of these stages, especially in terms of their use in accordance with the applicable regulations. The documentation shall include, in particular, design and costing studies for the following material scope:
