… 2 September 2025 issued by the Starost Dzierżoniowski; b) land development project - construction of a road at the market square along with the construction of a retention tank draining the areas invested by the DRO-INSTAL Design and Supervision Laboratory; c) architectural and construction design - construction of a road at the market square along with the construction of a retention tank draining the areas invested by the DRO-INSTAL Design and Supervision Laboratory; d) attachment of the construction project - construction of a road at the market square along with the construction of a retention tank draining the areas invested by the DRO-INSTAL Design and Supervision Laboratory; e) executive design – construction of a road at the market square together with the construction of a reservoir draining the areas invested by the DRO-INSTAL Design and Supervision Laboratory; f) technical design – construction of a road at the market square together with the construction of a reservoir draining the areas invested by the DRO-INSTAL Design and Supervision Laboratory; g) water-law plant for the construction of water equipment in the form of retention and drainage boxes by MGEO Mateusz Baca and water-law permit - Decision No 220/2025 of 18 June 2025; h) geotechnical opinion in connection with the construction of the retention and infiltration tank by MGEO Mateusz Baca; detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works; j) project of target traffic organization (Figure 8) by DRO-INSTAL Design and Supervision Studio. Road sign posts made of galvanised steel pipes with an external diameter of 60 mm and a wall thickness of not less than 2,9 mm shall be used. Road signs, materials and other devices used during the implementation of this agreement and the rules for their placement should comply with the law, in particular with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 on detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and the conditions for their placement on the road; k) project of temporary organization of traffic (Figure 9) by DRO-INSTAL Design and Supervision Studio; a drawing indicating the parking space for the bus; k) Decision RL.613.77.2025 of 30.05.2025 authorising the removal of trees; m) TMP indicating the parking space for the bus and selecting the category of traffic and the surface structure for the parking space for the bus, for which decision No 459/2025 of 2 September 2025 on building permit No 459/2025 was issued by the Starost Dzierżoniowski. 1.3. The documentation in question includes, in particular, the execution of the following works: a) construction of sanitary sewerage in the lower part of Targowisko (removal of collision with the tank); b) construction, in the upper part of the Targowisko, of a rainwater drainage system on a section of the C-D road and designed parking spaces; c) construction, in the lower part of the Targowisko, of a retention reservoir together with the construction of a rainwater drainage system constituting the inflow of rainwater from the planned well Sd 1500 to the reservoir; d) construction of a road and parking spaces above the reservoir in the lower part of the Targowisko; e) construction, in the upper part of the Targowisko, of a road to
