Where reference is made in the description of the subject-matter of the contract to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(b) CTMR; 1 point 2 and paras. 3 PPL, the Ordering Party allows offering solutions equivalent to those described, provided that the proposed solutions meet in an equivalent manner the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract. In the case of offering solutions equivalent to those specified in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the requirement under Art. 5 and 6 p.p. Detailed obligations of the Contractor in the scope of performance of this contract are specified in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to the tender specifications and the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to the tender specifications. The quality guarantee period is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders. The minimum warranty period is 36 months, the maximum warranty period is 60 months. 2. The public contract in question is implemented by the Włocławek District on the basis of agreement No ID-III.8010.3.25.2025 of 9 February 2026 concluded with Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, with its registered office at: 87-100 Toruń, Teatralny Square 2, on cooperation and co-financing in the implementation of the own task of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship entitled: ‘Extension of provincial road No 269 on the section Huta Chodecka – Chodecz, including the reconstruction of intersections with district roads No 2939C, No 2929C and No 2938C and the construction of a pedestrian-bicycle road’ – preparation of technical documentation. According to the agreement, the Włocławek District is obliged to, among others: 1) preparation of project documentation together with a complete application for a road investment permit (ZRID); 2) obtaining the arrangements, permits and administrative decisions required by law in the field of construction and assembly of the above-mentioned tasks, as well as the organization and road safety; 3) cover the costs related to the development of project documentation, including the costs related to the need to purchase land for the implementation of the investment in question; 4) agreeing design solutions with the Voivodship at each stage of the implementation of the task in question; 5) the submission of a complete application for permits
