The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new (unused) minibus adapted for the transport of people with disabilities, approved and meeting the conditions for the transport of people in accordance with the applicable regulations. Additional equipment of the vehicle is to be ramps enabling the introduction of a wheelchair. The contract is co-financed from PFRON funds under the "Programme for the compensation of differences between regions III" in area D. 2. The Ordering Party shall require that the delivered vehicle: 1) He had all the permits required by law for the use and approval of the vehicle for road traffic, 2) He had the documents necessary to register the vehicle, 3) He had all the approvals required by law for traffic in the Republic of Poland and the European Union for 9 people, including a person in a wheelchair. 4. The Contractor is obliged, together with the delivery of the car, to provide the Ordering Party with the necessary documents authorising the vehicle to be used in road traffic in Poland and enabling its registration and operation, including: 1) current approval certificate - vehicle approval for the transport of persons, including 1 person in a wheelchair, 2) warranty book, 3) service inspection book, 4) instruction manual in Polish. 5. Terms of delivery: The Contractor undertakes to deliver the vehicle to the Care and Education Centre in Sławno, ul. Cieszkowskiego 4B, 76-100 Sławno at its own expense and responsibility.
