… doors, - execution of a new electrical installation and all other necessary for the functioning of the building in accordance with its purpose. When carrying out the above works, it is planned to re-integrate all the elements from the current building preserved in good condition, such as: fragments of wall beams, ceiling beams, windows, bricks, whose technical and biological condition allows it. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is included in the technical documentation: - Architectural and construction design (Annex 1 to the ToR), - Technical design - structural (Annex 2 to the ToR), - Technical opinion (Annex 3 to the ToR), - Mycological expertise and annex (Annex 4 to the ToR), - Technical design - electrical sector (Annex 5 to the ToR), - Technical design - sanitary sector (Annex 6 to the ToR), - Measurement of works - architecture (Annex 7 to the ToR), - Measure of works - electrical sector (Annex 8 to the ToR), - Measure of works - sanitary sector (Annex 9 to the ToR), - STWIORB (Annex 10a, 10b, 10c to the ToR). Note: The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with a truss with approximately 90% complete formwork. If anywhere in the tender specifications (technical documentation), the contracting authority indicated specific names of materials or included other content that directly or indirectly indicates or may indicate a specific product, this means that it did so in order to clarify the description of the subject-matter of the contract and specify minimum expectations as to the quality of the products to be used to perform the subject-matter of the contract. When preparing the tender, the contracting authority allows the use of equivalent materials, i.e. with technical and performance parameters not inferior to those referred to in the description of the subject of the contract. The bill of quantities annexed to the tender specifications is ancillary. The Contractor is obliged to carefully check the number of works with technical documentation and STWiORB. Given that a works contract is a flat-rate contract in the event of the occurrence, during the course of the works, of a greater number of works in any pre-measurement item, it cannot be regarded as additional works requiring additional remuneration. The possible lack of works in the bill of quantities, works necessary for performance resulting from the technical documentation and STWiORB does not release the Contractor from the obligation to perform them at a flat price. The public contract is co-financed by the Government Fund of the Polish Deal Programme: Strategic Investment Program.
