The Contractor is obliged to seek and propose solutions, including technical and technological ones, which reduce the duration of construction and assembly works and reduce construction, maintenance and use costs. The Contractor of the documentation is obliged to comply with the design solutions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, project documentation should take into account the accessibility of the designed solutions for persons with disabilities.
