What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the purchase, supply and commissioning of a mobile drinking water treatment plant with parameters consistent with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 22 May 2026 on the quality of water intended for human consumption (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 748). The description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 8 to the ToR, hereinafter referred to as the TIP. The item includes the delivery of a complete, factory-new, mobile water treatment plant for the Zdzieszowice Commune. The mobility of a container water treatment station is based on the fact that the entire technological system is to be built in a standard transport housing (the so-called sea container), thanks to which it can be quickly transported, launched in a new place, without the construction of a classic cubature facility. The station must be ready for operation after delivery, commissioning and operational testing.
