… the performed works, including geodetic demarcation and as-built inventory; • implementing the project of temporary traffic organisation, introducing with the maintenance of the temporary signage of the construction in accordance with the project of temporary traffic organisation carried out and approved by the Contractor; • verifying discrepancies in the course of underground infrastructure between the project documentation and the currently available cadastral resources, as well as performing test and control excavations to identify possible differences between the infrastructure included in the project documentation and cadastral resources and its actual condition in the field; • organising and coordinating the works in such a way as to enable the representatives of Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji (ZWiK) to carry out the reconstruction of the water supply system within a given investment (design scope, schedule of works and other details currently available at the headquarters of ZWiK ,, and in the near future on the ZWiK purchasing platform). The contractor will ensure access to the site, in particular by preparing the site properly, securing it and removing any obstacles preventing the works from being carried out by ZWiK. The Contractor is obliged to cooperate with representatives of ZWiK in the organization and implementation of the above works. The above activities should be included in the schedule of works. For enabling ZWiK to perform the works referred to above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party, in particular regarding the extension of the deadline for performance of the contract or additional remuneration, if the need to perform them was provided for in the documentation of the procedure; • update, on behalf of the Investor, any arrangements (which have expired) with institutions, public administration bodies and geography of underground and above-ground networks. The above cannot be the reason for claims related to the postponement of the planned date and the execution of additional construction works. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor the relevant powers of attorney in this regard; • obtain a decision on the occupancy permit or make an effective notification of the completion of construction works to the competent construction supervision authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994, and then submit to the Contracting Authority, as appropriate, a final decision on the occupancy permit or a document confirming that the competent authority has not filed an objection within the statutory deadline. The Contracting Authority undertakes to grant the Contractor the appropriate powers of attorney necessary to carry out the above activities or to sign the request prepared by the Contractor. 5. As part of the performance of the task, the Contractor is also obliged to provide technical supervision in the form of: a) Construction manager – having building rights to manage construction works in the specialty of road engineering, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law Act; b) Works manager - having building rights to manage construction works in the installation specialty in the field of networks, installations and equipment c
