For the work performed, the Contractor grants a 60-month warranty for defects counting from the date of final acceptance. 5. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority shall determine the requirements for the Contractor to employ, on the basis of the employment relationship of persons, activities related to the performance of the contract, consisting in the performance of structural elements (foundations, foundation slabs, ceilings), external and internal sanitary works and electrical works.
