… After the expiry of the leasing period, the Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase the subject of the lease, after the Ordering Party has repaid all amounts due under the lease agreement. 1.7 Leasing currency – Polish zloty, leasing installments based on variable interest rate WIBOR 1M. 2.1 The Ordering Party shall insure the subject of the contract with the insurer of its choice within the scope indicated by the Contractor for the entire duration of the lease, at its own expense. The contracting authority will not cover the costs of administering insurance policies. 3) Car and hook device requirements. 4) A brand new truck with a hook device, meeting the requirements of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997, the provisions of the Act of 14 April 2023 on vehicle approval systems and their equipment, the technical conditions set out in the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment, as well as the requirements and minimum parameters set out in Annex 3 to the ToR. 5) Additional requirements for the subject of the order: 4.1 Vehicle with documents necessary for registration in the Republic of Poland. 4.2 Delivery date of the subject of the order maximum 6 weeks from the date of signing the Agreement. The delivery date is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders. 4.3 Place of delivery of the subject-matter of the contract – to the contracting authority’s registered office, i.e. Mszczonów, ul. Cooperative 105 at the expense of the supplier. 4.4 The Contractor will train two employees of the Ordering Party in the price of delivery on the day of delivery of the Subject of the contract by issuing a relevant certificate. 4.5 The subject of the order delivered to the ordering party will be new, not used. 4.6 Vehicle free from physical and legal defects. 4.7 The supplied car and accessories must be complete and compatible with each other. The building must fulfil the functions for which it is intended and must comply with applicable law. 4.8 The vehicle should be accompanied by documents in Polish indicated in the CIP and relevant provisions that will be entered into the contract with the Contractor and all documents necessary for the use of the vehicle; 6) Warranty and service 5.1 Quality guarantee without mileage limit The Ordering Party requires the following minimum warranty periods for the executed subject of the order: a quality guarantee for the vehicle, covering in particular the engine, gearbox and other mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle, with no mileage limit of at least 24 months; b) quality guarantee for paint coatings – a minimum of 24 months; c) guarantee for perforation of body and chassis sheets due to corrosion - minimum 60 months; d) quality guarantee for hook construction – minimum 24 months. 5.2 The warranty period is a criterion for evaluating offers. 5.3 The warranty periods indicated in point 6 are the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party. The contractor may offer longer guarantee periods, in accordance with the principles set out in Chapter XIX of the ToR ‘Description of the tender evaluation criteria, together with the weighting of these criteria and the method of evaluating the tenders’. 5.4 Periods offered by the Contractor
