Extension of provincial road No 933 for the construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles

The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes, for each part of the contract separately, inter alia: 1) preparation of design documentation together with obtaining the necessary documents and administrative decisions of the architectural and construction administration body, constituting the basis for the commencement of construction works (including the final decision of the ZRiD with immediate enforceability, final building permit or notification of acceptance of the application without objection, depending on the needs for a given section); 2) developing the design of the temporary and target traffic organization together with obtaining the necessary opinions and approvals; 3) construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles on the west side of ul. Victims of Auschwitz in Brzeszcz and ul. Pszczyńska in Rajsko with the required extension/reconstruction of the roadway; 4) reconstruction of bus bays; 5) reconstruction of intersections; 6) construction/reconstruction of descents and walk to the property; 7) execution of vertical and horizontal markings; 8) felling greenery that interferes with the investment and planting native tree species; 9) construction and reconstruction of drainage; 10) construction of a technological channel; 11) construction of street lighting, reconstruction of the nN cable line, protection of existing networks; 12) reconstruction and protection of the weapons network of the area conflicting with the investment; 13) execution of as-built documentation necessary to obtain an occupancy/completion permit, including, but not limited to: a) documents and statements of the site manager, b) list of changes to the approved construction project, c) design documentation with changes made, d) test and verification protocols and declarations, approvals and approvals for individual industries and vertical and horizontal markings, e) geodetic as-built inventory, f) surveyor's statement; 14) exercising author's supervision over the completed design documentation; 15) obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, a permit for the use / notification of completion of works and other documentation constituting the basis for putting the investment into use. 2. The road for pedestrians and bicycles should be adapted for use by persons with special needs, taking into account the application of Union-Universal Design standards and technical solutions enabling persons with disabilities (including wheelchair users, blind and visually impaired persons) to access infrastructure on an equal basis with other users. It should form a coherent whole along the entire length of the extended provincial road No. 933. At the pedestrian crossing, curb lowers should be used to facilitate the passage of trolleys, warning and texture belts for pavement markings (touch systems) for blind people should be used, appropriate widths and longitudinal/transverse drops should be provided to allow independent movement. It was assumed to make new curbs lowered in the area: pedestrian crossing – kerbstone lowered to a height of 1 cm above the surface of an existing roadway.
