… construction of small architecture in the park – reconstruction of internal roads with parking spaces – construction of an external rainwater drainage system together with a retention tank – construction of an external power installation, sanitary sewage system, water supply system – demolition of an external heating installation – demolition of structures – felling of trees and shrubs – performance of maintenance cuts for trees and shrubs intended for preservation, after the contractor has obtained the consent of the Pomorskie Wojewódzki Konserwator Zabytków – performance of plantings for trees and shrubs – construction of lawns • With regard to the reconstruction of the Ferberów Manor building – reconstruction of the roof together with the reconstruction of the roof trussss structure and renovation of superfluent elements of the trusses – replacement and renovation of structural elements of ceilings – performance of anti-water insulation works (horizonal and vertical insulation) and replacement of the wall – replacement of the existing section of the wall A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the tender specification, Annexes 1.1 to 1.8 to the tender specification and in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to the tender specification. 3. The contractor must provide for the protection of the construction site/site and its surroundings, carry out the works in accordance with the provisions on environmental protection, fire protection, protection of public and private property, health and safety at work, comply with the law, provide appropriate materials and standards related to the performance of the contract, ensure quality control of the works and the documentation needed to receive the works. 4. The material scope of the contract includes all works, activities and works necessary for the performance of the subject of the contract and the transfer of the object to the Ordering Party. 5. It is indicated that if for the performance of construction works falling within the scope of the contract, it will be necessary to perform other works, activities, submit notifications or obtain decisions and permits or their extensions, the Contractor will perform these works and activities, submit notifications and obtain the necessary decisions and permits at his own expense and effort. 6. The Contractor may not use errors or omissions contained in the documentation indicated in the ToR, provided that the errors or omissions were identifiable by the Contractor when exercising due professional diligence, and should immediately notify the Contracting Authority of their detection, which will make appropriate changes.
