Revitalization of the boiler house building – adaptation of the building for social and cultural purposes in the design and build mode

… to the needs of local non-governmental organizations, through the creation of office rooms and rooms for social activities, - location on the last floor of the conference room, which can serve as a spectacle-cinema with catering facilities, - creation of a rest area around the building, with greenery and small architecture, - adaptation of the building to people with disabilities, providing them with convenient access to infrastructure, - recultivation of the site, removal of concrete elements and tin garages and construction of a car park available to visitors, - construction of a small outdoor stage with a roof / concert shell as a place for organizing outdoor concerts, - modernization and reconstruction of other facilities on the property intended for cultural and social activities, 1.2. The scope of the investment includes the reconstruction of the building in order to transform it into a modern and multifunctional Cultural and Social Center, it is necessary, among others: ● carrying out construction and finishing works of the building while maintaining its shape and industrial character, ● making a new functional layout inside the facility, ● ensuring full transport accessibility for people with disabilities (according to the architectural standard) through, among others, the construction of a passenger crane, ● carrying out construction works of outdoor spaces: courtyard, small stage, green areas, ● installation: water-can, CO, electric, fire-fighting, ventilation and air-conditioning, ● full furnishing of interiors and outdoor spaces. And in addition: - preparation of a set of acceptance documentation in 2 copies. Documentation must be provided to the investor at the latest on the date of completion of the investment; - carrying out final examinations and tests for the entire range of works and installations carried out as part of the investment task; - performing a geodetic as-built inventory; - preparing an application to the competent inspector of construction supervision for issuing a decision on the occupancy permit in accordance with the requirements of the construction law; - obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a decision of the competent inspector of construction supervision authorising the use of the facility – an investment task; 1.3. Equivalent solutions: If the technical documentation, description of the subject-matter of the contract, drawings, sketches, plans, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works or a quantity/cost estimate would indicate, in relation to certain materials, devices and technologies, trademarks or origin, including in particular the in-house name of the material, device or technology, catalogue number or manufacturer, this should be considered as an example solution defining standards, appearance and technical requirements, and the Ordering Party accepts equivalent materials, devices and technologies.
