N.B.: If the trade name of the company, commodity or product is indicated in the tender documentation, the Ordering Party shall allow equivalent solutions in accordance with the technical data and parameters contained in the documentation. The proper name is the name under which the object designated by it occurs (or would occur) both in Poland and in other countries. By an equivalent product, the Ordering Party understands a product with technical parameters, technology, functionality, performance and quality not inferior to those specified in the SWZ.
