This adapted open procedure is subject to the provisions of Articles R2123-1 and R2123-4 to R 2123-6 of the Public Order Code. It is divided into two lots. All lots will be awarded to a single economic operator. This contract is a "composite" framework agreement (mixed price) concluded with a single economic operator. It comprises a part processed in the form of an ordinary contract (global and flat-rate price) and a part processed in the form of a single framework agreement to which orders have been awarded (unit prices). The framework agreement part with maximum is concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
