Heka hankkii ratkaisun Saas-palveluna, missä toimittaja vastaa Hekan tarpeet täyttävän järjestelmäpalvelun tuottamisesta kokonaispalveluna sisältäen tarvittavat ohjelmistolisenssit ja käyttöoikeudet, palvelinympäristö ja kapasiteetti ja suorituskyky sekä järjestelmän ajantasaisuuteen ja turvallisuuteen liittyvät tuki, ylläpito ja palveluhallinta.
