Sopimuskauden aikana Rauman kaupungin omistuksessa olevissa kohteissa ja toiminnassa saattaa tapahtua muutoksia, jotka vaikuttavat tämän tarjouspyynnön kohteena olevan hankinnan/toiminnan järjestämiseen, laajentamiseen tai supistamiseen. Tällöin laadittavaa sopimusta tarkistetaan tarvittavin osin, eikä tarjouksen antajalla ole oikeutta vaatia vahingonkorvauksia ko. muutoksista johtuen.
