What the buyer is looking for
The administrative centre of the Federal Employment Agency in Nuremberg, Regensburger Straße 104-106, was built in 1972 in a hexagonal honeycomb structure with three radially arranged building wings. Component VII, a part of the building that was used as a data center until a few years ago, will be completely converted into a modern, open-space office landscape (open-space concept, "FutureLab"). In the course of the conversion, the existing building geometry will be adapted to the new use, including by inserting an additional gallery level in areas with large clear heights. OG 362 m), 20 transition profiles - wall cladding textile, sound-absorbing, glued (approx. 411 m2) including ground preparation, wall absorber (31 m2), acoustic curtain with ceiling rail (approx. 14 m2) - sampling, hourly work and documentation The schedule of services includes 27 items in a service area (flooring work) with the sections construction site equipment, preparatory work, flooring, additional positions flooring, wall cladding textile / wall absorber, directing hours and documentation; Evaluation and award will be made on the entire schedule of services, it will not be divided into lots. All positions are basic positions with fixed quantities. Maintenance services are not part of the list of services.
