What the buyer is looking for
The administrative centre of the Federal Employment Agency in Nuremberg, Regensburger Straße 104-106, was built in 1972 in a hexagonal honeycomb structure with three radially arranged building wings. Component VII, a part of the building that was used as a data center until a few years ago, will be completely converted into a modern, open-space office landscape (open-space concept, "FutureLab"). In the course of the conversion, the existing building geometry will be adapted to the new use, including by inserting an additional gallery level in areas with large clear heights.
