What the buyer is looking for

The action will be carried out in the KG, on the ground floor and on the upper floor of the former data centre. The work will consist essentially of a new power supply, which will be reconstructed over 7 pcs. The cable paths will be mainly in the double floor and will be implemented via cable trays. Approximately 1,000m of cable trays will be laid. Furthermore, approximately 150,000m of cable (high and low current, MSR/GLT) will be pulled. Another essential part of this call for tender is the lighting, which will be reconstructed mainly from surface-mounted luminaires and profile luminaires (as ring luminaires, square superstructures and linear luminaires). The number of luminaires will be approximately 950 pcs. Only LED luminaires will be installed. For IT, a new infrastructure will be constructed over 5 new network stand cabinets. An electric sun protection (control) for almost 250 motors and a smoke extraction system (RWA) are also part of the action.
