Доставяната техническа сол (NaCl) трябва да отговаря на чл.21, ал.1, т.2 от Наредба № РД-02-20-19 от 12 ноември 2012 г. за поддържане и текущ ремонт на пътищата издадена от Министерството на регионалното развитие и благоустройството. Предвид спецификата на дейността на възложителя е възможна промяна в потребностите му, в резултат на което Възложителят не се задължава да поръча цялото количество.
