What the buyer is looking for

As part of the project, a vehicle storage hall is to be built as a new building. In total, a covered area of about 3000m2 is to be created. The hall is used exclusively for weather-protected and frost-free parking of vehicles. Access is restricted to authorized personnel by structural and technical measures. As part of the new construction, generous vehicle doors are installed, which ensure safe and efficient vehicle traffic and have a width of at least 4.70 m × a height of 4.25 m per gate. The lightweight hall is to be built ready for occupancy by March 2027. The hall is statically proven according to DIN EN 1991 and designed for permanent installation. It shall be connected to the energy and media supply network of the property, excluding heat supply, drinking water and waste water. The technical rooms are to be centrally planned and entered at any time for the technicians from the outside. A second structural rescue route must be available for each section of the lightweight hall. see above
