… 850 m2 exhibition hall 1 (west side) of the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, the existing sprinkler system will be decommissioned and replaced by a compacted sprinkler protection along the partition wall to the foyer. To install the new sprinkler line, the strip of the suspended ceiling is dismantled and subsequently restored. In addition, a smoke-resistant partition made of laminated mineral wool panels is installed within the lower ceiling between exhibition hall 1 and foyer.
