… participants, - the desired service package(s), - if necessary, vegetarian or vegan variants, - the time(s) of making available, - other options provided for in these specifications. The number of participants is regularly between about 20 and 180 people. The events take place regularly between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. These are only indicative values; this does not give rise to the Contractor's entitlement to a certain number of individual calls or participants. Specific contracts shall be awarded on the terms and conditions laid down in the framework contract. Services which are not covered by the subject matter of this framework contract are not the subject of an individual call under this framework agreement. Details which, in accordance with the framework contract, can only be made more specific in the individual call or which are functionally included in the subject matter of the service and the nature and scope of which are already provided for in the procurement documents may be coordinated organisationally between the contracting authority and the contractor or may be called up in accordance with the conditions laid down for this purpose in the framework contract. The framework contract shall be concluded for a fixed period of two years.
