Die noch vorhandenen Sanitärobjekte werden demontiert und die Strangleitungen in den Schächten entfernt. Die neuen Sanitäranlagen werden entsprechend TrinkwVO neu errichtet. Hygienespüleinrichtungen werden vorgesehen. Brandschutzschottungen sind ebenfalls Bestandteil der Maßnahme. Die Baumaßnahme wird in mehreren Bauabschnitten durchgeführt. Zentrale Anlagenbereiche sind in teilen zu ertüchtigen. Küchenbereiche, Teeküchen, Gemeinschaftstoiletten und Waschräume sowie Mitarbeitertoiletten sind ebenfall sanitärtechnisch herzurichten.
