… Bauvorhaben wird in drei wesentlichen Bauabschnitten umgesetzt werden: BA I - Errichtung einer Kfz-Werkstatt und Errichtung einer Montagehalle für die Grünunterhaltung und Containermontage BA II - Rückbau der bestehenden Kfz-Werkstatt, der Halle der bestehenden Containermontage und Neubau des Wertstoffhofes Mitte BA III - Abriss der Fahrzeughallen 1+2, Neubau des Parkhauses und der frostfreien Fahrzeughalle Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind die Grundleistungen für die Projektsteuerung, Projektstufen 1 bis 5, Handlungsbereiche A bis E sowie bestimmte besondere Leistungen gemäß AHO-Heft Nr. 9 / 2020.
