What the buyer is looking for
Die Erlanger Stadtwerke AG (ESTW) beabsichtigen im westlichen Stadtgebiet, Stadtteil Büchenbach, ein neues, zukunftsfähiges Nahwärmenetz aufzubauen. Mit dem neuen Nahwärmenetz für das Versorgungsgebiet „Büchenbach West“ sollen sowohl die bestehenden fünf Nahwärmezentralen dekarbonisiert werden als auch weitere potenzielle Versorgungsgebiete an eine gemeinsame Heizzentrale angeschlossen werden. Die Heizzentrale soll ausschließlich mit erneuerbaren Energien als Wärmequelle versorgt werden. Aufgrund des gewählten Standortes der zukünftigen Heizzentrale in unmittelbarer Nähe zu landwirtschaftlich genutzten Flächen wird die Nutzung von oberflächennaher Geothermie in Form von Agrothermie favorisiert. Diese soll in Kombination mit anderen Wärmequellen die Versorgungssicherheit des Nahwärmenetzes gewährleisten. Ziel ist eine langfristige, klimafreundliche und wirtschaftliche Wärmeversorgung auf Basis ausschließlich erneuerbarer Energien.
