"Im Rahmen der Sanierung der Stadtverwaltung am Abdinghof in Paderborn, Gebäudeteile A, B und C, werden die Leistungen des Gewerks Heizungstechnik einschließlich der Beheizung des Paderinformationszentrums (PIZ) ausgeschrieben. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Demontage und Entsorgung bestehender Heizungsanlagen, die Lieferung und Montage von Wärmepumpenkonvektoren zum Heizen und Kühlen, Heizungsverteilungen und Rohrleitungssystemen einschließlich Armaturen, Pumpen und Wärmedämmung sowie die Heizungswasseraufbereitung. Die Heizflächen sind für eine Auslegung von 45/35 °C vorgesehen. Weiterhin umfasst die Leistung die Herstellung und den Betrieb einer temporären Baubeheizung, Druckprüfungen, hydraulischen Abgleich und Einregulierung, Dokumentation und Inbetriebnahme sowie die Beheizung des PIZ. Die Heizungsanlage umfasst ca. 200 Heizkörper in 5 Heizkreisen für die statische Heizung sowie 2 Heizkreise für 2 RLT-Anlagen. Bestandteil der Leistung ist ferner ein Wartungsvertrag.
