… rainwater management, construction of paved areas, terrain and vegetation modifications, as well as other construction, assembly and technological works necessary for the proper completion and use of the building in accordance with the design documentation and relevant legal and technical regulations. The subject of the contract is a complex reconstruction of the original existing building of a former elementary school consisting of a conversion into an urban library with adequate facilities for visitors and employees, including spaces for cultural, educational and leisure activities. The performance includes, in particular, construction and remediation work, modifications of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of hole fillers, removal of masonry moisture, repair and remediation of plaster, restoration of stucco sculptures and facade elements, replacement of roofing, completion of historical replicas, replacement or professional treatment of damaged wooden structures, implementation of new technical and technological equipment of the building, house wiring and connections to utilities, construction of paved areas, terrain and vegetation modifications, as well as other construction, assembly and technological work necessary for the proper completion and use of the construction in accordance with the project documentation and the relevant legal and technical regulations. The above-mentioned parts of the public contract do not constitute parts of a public contract within the meaning of Section 101 of the ZZVZ.
