Tekonurmikenttien pinnoitteet, dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä / The dynamic purchasing system for artificial turf coatings Helsingin kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön toimiala perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän, jonka sisällä tullaan kilpailuttamaan tekonurmikenttien pinnoitteita Helsingin kaupungin omistamille liikuntapaikoille. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän tavoitteena on selkeyttää eri urheilulajien liikuntapaikkojen tekonurmipinnoitteiden hankintaa tuleville tekonurmikenttien rakennushankkeille. Liikuntapaikkakohtaiset hankinnat tulevat sisältämään tekonurmipinnoitteen toimituksen ja asennuksen valmiin asennusalustan päälle kaikkine materiaaleineen ja töineen. Tekonurmipinnoitteen toimittaja tulee olemaan pääurakkaan alistettu sivu-urakoitsija. Tyypillisiä kohteita ovat mm. pesäpallokentät, amerikkalaisen jalkapallon ja rugbyn kentät ja tenniskentät. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 24 kuukautta, ellei hankintayksikkö lyhennä tai pidennä dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kestoa. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän keston aikana kaikki kiinnostuneet ehdokkaat voivat tehdä siihen osallistumishakemuksen. Hankintailmoituksen ensisijainen kieli on suomi. Dokumentit ovat käännetty englanniksi kansainvälisten tarjoajien mahdollistamiseksi. English translation: The city of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System within which artificial turf coatings will be put out to tender for sports facilities owned by the City of Helsinki. The aim of the dynamic procurement system is to clarify the procurement of artificial turf coatings for sports facilities for different sports for future construction projects of artificial turf fields. Site-specific procurements will include the delivery and installation of artificial turf coating on top of the finished installation base with all materials and work. The supplier of the artificial turf coating will be a side contractor subordinated to the main contract. Typical sites are for example Finnish baseball (pesäpallo) fields, American football and rugby fields, and tennis courts. The Dynamic Purchasing System is valid for 24 months unless the Procurement authority shortens or extends the validity period of the Dynamic Purchasing System. During the validity period of the Dynamic Purchasing System, all interested candidates can apply for participation with the Request for participation. The primary language of the Contract notice is Finnish. The documents have been translated into English to enable international Tenderers.,
