Mandatory is a complete furnishing in which the individual furnishings correspond in form, colours and materials, i.e. are harmoniously coordinated to ensure a coherent and consistent furnishing of the individual areas. All furniture and materials used must have been checked for formaldehyde emission behaviour and have a lower emission potential than 0.1 ppm HCHO in order to be below the guideline recommended by the health authority. Corresponding certificates and certificates must be submitted at the request of the contracting authority. Only wood coatings and varnishes based on water-based paints are to be offered. The series offered must have been produced over a period of at least five years up to the time of submission of the offer and have proven themselves in practice. All parts to be delivered must be checked again with the customer before ordering with regard to colours, upholstery and quantities. For cabinets, the contractor must take measurements on the construction site. The client reserves the right to check compliance with the performance specifications, in particular with regard to materials and construction, before, during or after production (including at the contractor's plant) by himself or an independent materials testing institute. Damage caused to lifts, walls, ceilings, doors, floors, etc. during delivery and installation shall be charged to the polluter and deducted from the final invoice. Acceptance shall in any case take place in the installed, installed or cleaned condition of the furniture. By submitting the offer, the provider guarantees that the school furniture offered complies with DIN ISO 5970 or DIN EN 1729 Parts 1 and 2. Only suppliers who are certified in accordance with - DIN EN ISO 9001 or a quality management system of an equivalent nature - DIN EN ISO 14001 or an environmental management system of an equivalent nature - DIN EN ISO 50001 or an energy management system of an equivalent nature may participate in the tender.
