What the buyer is looking for
The city of Löhne intends to convert the station building of the Löhne station into a "third place". The station building of the Löhne station, which is protected in parts monument, was built in 1913 ff. It is a large building composed of several components with a central reception hall, adjoined by a two-storey east wing and a two-storey west wing, which housed former service rooms, waiting rooms of various classes, rooms for the post office, customs and police, as well as living rooms of the headmaster. The areas of the former waiting rooms and the west wing are under cellars. The building was built in dark red brick, the individual components are provided with walm and saddle roofs.
