What the buyer is looking for
Complete renovation of the School building in the City of Youth, which is needed after the City of Zagreb hit the earthquake on March 22, 2020. The project documentation (main and detailed designs, cost statements of works) of the complete renovation of the School building (total gross area of 1388 m2), which was affected by the earthquake, was drawn up and, on the basis of a static survey, was marked as ‘temporarily unusable’. Since the City of Youth is implementing a one-day excursion programme of the School in the Forest (co-financed by the City of Zagreb, intended for the age of 1-4th grade of primary school) as well as programmes for kindergarten children, it is necessary to renovate the ‘ŠKOLA’ facility in question in order to accommodate a larger number of users. … since 240 children can stay in that facility at the same time. However, if the announcement of bad weather, the school principals of the City of ZG mostly cancel the arrival on the trip, i.e. the School in the Forest program, thus losing a significant part of the income. The Conservation Study of the Renovation of the Pavilion 29 "School" of the City of Mladih has been prepared, as well as the Main and Implementation Projects for the Complete Renovation of the Object: - Architectural project - Construction project - static calculation - Water supply and drainage project - Mechanical engineering project - Electrical engineering project - Fireworks project - Fire protection - Noise protection - Rational energy use and thermal protection It is necessary to engage the expert supervision and coordinator of the II ZNR and the project manager. The contracting entity will procure this in a separate procurement procedure. The contractor is obliged to provide a person for carrying out the necessary conservation and restoration works in accordance with the provisions of the Rules on the conditions for obtaining permission to carry out work on the protection and preservation of cultural property (NN No 104/2025).
