… equipment during the warranty period for a period of at least one (1) year. Following the award decision and the expiry of the standstill period in an open high-value procurement procedure, the contracting authority will award a public supply contract for medical equipment relating to lots 9, 11, 12 and 13. For medical consumables relating to lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 14, the contracting authority shall conclude framework agreements for a period of 1 (one) year with the successful tenderer for each lot.
