… information systems), for the needs of the Centre for Livestock Management, the organisational unit of the contracting authority, i.e the information system of selection control and registration of livestock animals, Sheep and goat farming. The system records all data relevant for breeding selection work of cattle, sheep and goats, pigs, poultry and bees that takes place in HAPIH. The system contains data specific to the animals included in the selection and that monitors the production results. The system is used only by HAPIH employees. Many reports are later generated from the system that help keepers in breeding animals. The data resulting from the system are also the basis for genomic selection of the animals. Detailed technical and functional specifications are listed in ANNEX I Project task Since the client is not the owner of the source code for the application system, the selected bidder must provide all legal and technical prerequisites (authorisations, training, etc.) for the use of the source code and project documentation, and work on the said application system (Annex IV). Owner of the source code: Ministry of Agriculture Directorate for livestock and food quality Ul. of Vukovar 78 10000 Zagreb The bidder is obliged to enclose the completed and certified ANNEX IV Declaration of the tenderer on the use of source code and project documentation. -which guarantees that it provides all legal and technical prerequisites (authorizations, training, etc.) for the use of source code and project documentation of the HAGRIS IT system , and work on the said application system.
