Systematic planning and purchase of spare parts for the new plant will enable timely replacement of consumable components, reduction of unplanned delays and maintenance of high operational standards, ensuring stable, safe and economically sustainable management of the processes of treatment of construction waste. In this procurement procedure, the contracting authority does not require the submission of additional documents/evidence other than those requested/required by this procurement document, the tenderer is obliged to deliver the goods required by the cost statement, i.e. the goods to be delivered on the basis of this procurement procedure must correspond to the technical characteristics referred to in the cost statement and the contracting authority will control the same at the stage of performance of the public contract.
