… obliged to deliver new, unused, technically correct and functional equipment and furniture, in accordance with the technical characteristics, dimensions, quantities and other requirements set out in the Costs and Procurement Documentation. All equipment and furniture supplied shall be fit for the purpose for which they are supplied, safe for use and made of materials of appropriate quality, resistance and durability, with particular regard to daily use in a health institution. The successful tenderer is required to ensure that all elements are properly assembled, installed and ready for regular use, including all components, accessories, works and services necessary for their proper, safe and undisturbed use, whether individually indicated or not, if, according to professional rules, they are necessary for the proper performance of the subject matter of the contract. The subject of the procurement shall also include the removal of packaging and the cleaning of premises from waste generated by delivery and assembly, as well as the submission of instructions for use, warranty documents, technical documentation, certificates, declarations of conformity or other relevant documentation, where applicable for specific items. The detailed description, types, quantities, dimensions, technical characteristics and other requirements for furniture and equipment are determined by the Cost, which forms an integral part of the Tender documentation.
