… AGRIS IT systems (improvement of the system for monitoring basic assets eOprema in accordance with the Project Task and the Cost Agency, and the entire Procurement Documentation, indicating the name, The detailed description of the subject matter of the procurement is given in ANNEX I Project task eOprema. Since the contracting authority is not the owner of the source code for the application system, the successful tenderer must provide all legal and technical prerequisites (authorisations, training, etc.) for the use of the source code and project documentation and work on the said application system. Owner of the source code: H&D info and Braće Seljana store 32, 10 000 Zagreb OIB: 62438519614 The tenderer is obliged to attach the completed and certified ANNEX IV Declaration of the tenderer on the use of the source code and project documentation. -which guarantees that it provides all legal and technical prerequisites (authorisations, training, etc.) for the use of the source code and project documentation of the HAGRIS IT system , and work on the said application system.
