… space, • design and implementation of the elevator to ensure barrier-free access to the building, • construction modifications related to the installation of the elevator, • implementation of remediation walls in the basement premises of the building in order to reduce the negative effects of ground moisture and leakage, • design of rainwater sewer repair, including the elimination of the causes of rainwater penetration into the building, • repair of roads, pavements and paved areas affected by the construction, • repair of the fencing of the area in front of the building along the road, including the solution of the exit from the premises to the adjacent road. 2nd stage – Reconstruction of the object of vocational training and physical education The project documentation will deal with a complex reconstruction of a two-storey building used for teaching vocational training and physical education of school pupils, including modernization of technical facilities and modifications related to the expansion of educational capacities. The scope of the project work will include in particular: • complete repair and replacement of the sports decking in the gym, • renewal and modernization of the sports facilities of the gym, • expansion of the building with a grandstand for watching sports and social events (2 rows of seats), • complete reconstruction of the social facilities of the building, • replacement of the remaining original windows and luxfer, • comprehensive modernization of all technical facilities of the building (TZB), especially electrical installation, lighting, heating, medical technical installations, sewerage, air conditioning and related distribution, • construction modifications and modernization of professional workshops for teaching the field of Plumber, • construction of a new facility for the field of masonry work, including the necessary technical and operational equipment, • construction of an outdoor shelter with a paved area for practical training in the field of masonry work, • repair of the building facade, • replacement of the roof covering, • design of measures leading to reduce the energy performance of the building, • solution of barrier-free use of the building to the extent required by the applicable legal regulations, • design of a change in the heating system of the entire area, including related construction and technical modifications, • related construction and technical modifications necessary to ensure safe, economic and efficient operation of the building. • proposal to change the heating system of the entire complex and related construction work. Within the scope of the subject of performance, the method of creating an open structured database of building information modeling (hereinafter referred to as ‘BIM’) according to the annex to this contract ‘Digitalisation and BIM requirements’ will be used, in particular the processing of the digital building model (DIMS) in the stages ‘Documentation for project permitting’ and ‘Documentation for construction implementation’, the use of the Common Data Environment (hereinafter referred to as ‘CDE’) and the processing of the BIM Implementation Plan (BEP). The Contractor is obliged to use the Common Data Environment (CDE) and comply with the BIM requirements set out in the Contract and its annexes if it is part of the subject of performance.
