… Kossuth L. sgt. - Rókusi krt. – Körtöltés u. – Tüzép köz – Szatymazi u. (to Pulz u., also the part parallel to the railway) according to the attached overview plot. The permit and export plan shall be drawn up in the following territorial subdivisions: Area 1: Diving lake and its surroundings, Szatymazi u. – Rókusi krt. The area bounded by the pavement adjacent to buildings 29, 31, 33, 35 (on the side of the lake) – Plaza building. In particular, works related to the lake should be listed separately. Affected topographical numbers: 12691/4; 12691/5; 12586/2; Area 2: Area bounded by Tüzép köz – Szatymazi u. – Siha köz – Gergely köz – Körtöltés u. Affected topographical numbers: 12691/2; 12692/1; 12692/2; 12691/4; 12649/1 Specific task definition: -For Area 1, unlike the Sketch Plan, the design of the following elements is not part of this design task: - Design of the public park water block pavilion (areas V02-V07). - Designing a mobile grandstand location. -Verification of geodesic surveys (altitude, horizontal recordings), documentation of data with the indication of property boundaries in accordance with the land registry, based on authentic (land registry) data reporting. The survey shall be provided in digital form. -Photo recording of the existing state of the design area (50 4Mb color photos) and text description (2000 strokes in scope). -The plans must indicate the boundaries of the affected and neighboring properties and the land registry number of the properties, and the design documentation must include a list of the affected and neighboring owners based on a title deed. -According to the legislation in force at all times, obtaining authorisations for interventions subject to official authorisation, notification or professional authority resolution/declaration, by preparing and submitting the necessary documentation. It is necessary to obtain a declaration from the professional licensing authorities if the planned intervention does not qualify as an activity subject to authorisation. Before submitting an application for authorisation, the Designer must consult the licensing authority on the necessary content of the application for authorisation. During the permit-granting procedures, the planner shall contribute to the completion of the deficiencies required by the permit-granting authorities and to the modification of the permit conditions required by the plan documentation. For the four planning areas, the official authorisations must be requested in one, with such content that the content of the schedule (staging) is reflected in it, and can be implemented separately. -Procurement of utility declarations (e-utility) and other contributions required for licensee plans and construction plans. -Preparation of a visual design (colour, at least 4Mb size, photorealistic, surface and bird's eye view
