… communications and marketing, such as print products, digital platforms, office applications, products and external advertising channels. The filming is carried out in accordance with the visual identity and photo guidelines of the City of Helsinki and the filming permit agreements. If the client has instructions that differ from the guidelines for the visual identity of Helsinki, the client shall specify in the order the instructions to be applied. The users of the service are the City of Helsinki's Culture and Leisure Division. The estimated total value of the procurement, excluding VAT, for the 48-month contract period is a maximum of EUR 490 000. The estimated value includes two (2 ) years) and one (1) two (2) year option period for the actual contract period. The customer does not commit to any purchase quantities. The details and requirements of the photographic services are described in this invitation to tender and its annexes. · Component 1: Architecture, built environment and landscape photography, for which 3 service providers are selected, unless there are fewer qualified suppliers. · Component 2: Communication and marketing images, including event description, for which 3 service providers are selected, unless there are fewer qualified suppliers. · Component 3: Project entities in the description, for which 3 service providers will be selected, unless there are fewer qualified suppliers.
