… 1.1.2027 - 31.7.2028. The procurement includes two (2) (1) year option periods (1+1). Option periods can be introduced by the same option period decision (24 months) or two (12 months + 12 months). The decision is made by the client. use no later than three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period. The procurement is subject to the JYSE 2025 Services Terms and Conditions (attached). The Subscriber does not commit to any specific quantities of procurement. By submitting a tender, the Tenderer also undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of the draft contract attached to the invitation to tender. By adding its own terms contrary to the contract or the invitation to tender to the draft contract or to its tender, the Tenderer’s tender may be rejected as contrary to the invitation to tender.
