… 15.12.2026 to 15.06.2028 b) Section II, i.e. the insurance of the remaining property of the Company and the TPL of the activity, amounts to 381 days (from 01.06.2027 to 15.06.2028). In the event that the insurance coverage of the property indicated in paragraph a) begins after 15.12.2026, the policies will be issued for the period corresponding to the actual date of commencement of protection, and the insurance premium will be calculated proportionally (pro rata), taking into account the actual number of days of protection granted. In this case, the 18-month insurance period indicated in Part V of the Terms of Reference - Price Form will be used only for the purpose of comparing offers and will not be the basis for determining the final premium in the event of a later start of protection.
