The requirements related to the performance of the contract in terms of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of contract performance are specified in Volume II of the Terms of Reference. These requirements shall specify in particular: a) the type of activities related to the performance of the contract, which are subject to employment requirements on the basis of an employment relationship by the Contractor or the Subcontractor of persons performing activities during the performance of the contract; b) the method of verifying the employment of these persons; c) the power of the Ordering Party to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements. 3. Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, pursuant to Art. 2 of the Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of an on-site visit after notification of such a demand. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to perform in person key tasks relating to contracts for construction works. 5.
