… The contracting authority does not require: 1) an on-site inspection by the Contractor or 2) verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the execution of the order available on the spot at the Ordering Party. 8. Information on joint procurement by contractors is provided in Chapter IX of the ToR. 9. The deadline for binding the offer is: 120 days. The time limit for the submission of tenders shall begin to run on the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. This day is the first day of the deadline for binding the offer. The above means that the deadline for binding the offer expires on 16.03.2027. 10. An information clause resulting from the content of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, has been included by the Contracting Authority in the ToR. 11.Details of the present proceedings are set out in the ToR. · 1.
