… provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law in a situation where the public funds which it intended to use to finance all or part of the contract will not be awarded to it, partial reduction or total cancellation of the contract in the event of changes in the budget of the Ministry of National Defence (draft financial plan referred to in § 5 sec. 8 of Decision No. 118/MON of the Minister of National Defence on the principles of development and implementation of central material plans (Journal of Laws No. Urz.
