What the buyer is looking for
The subject of this contract is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY TO POINTS WITH RES INSTALLATIONS FOR THE PUBLIC GROUP OF PLEŚNA COMMUNITY for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the TOC, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. The Municipality of Pleśna and the members of the Purchasing Group as well as their entities listed in Annex 1 to the ToR will conclude separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure in an open tender procedure. … the sale and provision of electricity distribution services. The Contractor will receive a power of attorney to perform the above-mentioned activities (Annex 5.1 to the ToR). The Ordering Party shall act on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the seat of the Ordering Party), on behalf of: • Gmina Bobowa • Gmina Ryglice • Gmina Szczurowa • Gmina Tuchów • Gmina Żabno The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is 1 079 156 kWh. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electricity ordered. The operator of the Distribution System is TAURON Dystrybucja S.A.
